When Do Orders Ship
We do our best to ship all products as quickly as possible, and strive to beat or meet our estimated shipping times.
All shipping times are estimates due to the nature of being handmade, and most all our products are handmade when ordered. Bottled skin care and soap ship in 2-4 days.
Candles are handmade when ordered and ship in 2-3 business days. During busier seasons this may be extended a few days.
If at any time you are in a rush for your order, please contact me and let me know and I will do all I can to meet your deadline.
We do not add handling or processing fees to shipping costs. The shopping cart is configured as close to exact as possible and communicates with the USPS web site to obtain shipping costs, determined by total shipping weight of the items and your location. If you feel the shipping is configuring too high, please contact me with the items you are ordering, your location including postal code and I will obtain an exact rate for your order.
International Custom and import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and the cost is determined by your country.
Where We Ship
The shopping cart is configured with the countries we ship to.
Due to Customs and Importing issues, we do not ship to Guam, Iran, Iraq, Algeria, or Nigeria.
We are currently not able to accomodate local pickup. We will do our best to be available to meet you for order pickup, on orders $50 and over.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. You may also use your checking account for payments via PayPal. Orders paid online with an e-check will be delayed by 7-10 business days until processing is complete.
All online payments are encrypted and your transaction is well protected and secure!
We do not ship COD. If you would like to mail your payment, please contact me with your information and we will send you our mailing address.
